After some highs and lows of Joe's anticipated arrival. The day and time finally came. 120 days apart - the longest ever we've gone without seeing each other (even though we lived 1000 miles apart for years while dating, engaged and married). It was tough. Usually, at the end of deployments (they have been 60 and 75 days long), I can say, "that wasn't so bad after all." I (We) can not say that about this one. It was long and had us apart for the second set of holidays in a row. However, we couldn't be more thrilled about our reunion and upcoming arrival of Peanut 2.0 to join in this wonderful adventure.
Nothing was going to stop Liam from getting to his Dadda as soon as possible...not even TSA (which, let's face it, takes their job WAY TOO seriously!).
