A & J - Official Air Force Pilot

Joe received his wings yesterday afternoon and I have to say...they make his uniform look SO sharp! He has worked extremely hard - long hours of studying, planning flights for hours on end, cramming for tests, getting "yelled" at in the plane and in briefings, being fire hosed with information - but he made it through with honors. He is in the top 10% of all military pilot graduates from the last six months and was given the Commodore's Award...on top of those shiny silver wings.

So, what is next for us? Joe will have duties here and there until June 8th, when he will travel to Washington state for SERE training - Survive, Evade, Resistance, Escape training - not fun, but necessary. Then he will come back to Foster and I in Corpus on June 28th for 7 days...then it's off to Ft. Walton Beach. So, if you want to come spend some time at this TX beach - come soon!

Thank you again for all of your love and support - we are so fortunate to be blessed with such wonderful friends and family who encourage our adventures!
