We had a few friends over for Thanksgiving dinner. Joe deep fried our 18 pound turkey and I made all of the "fixins" - potatoes, salad, cranberry salad, squash, stuffing, green bean casserole, sweet potato pie, rolls and pecan and pumpkin pie - yummy!

A & J - Texas and Thanksgiving
So, I forgot how much Texas loves Texas. It's an interesting state, but enjoyable. I think we will enjoy our time in Corpus. We live on Padre Island and we are sure we live at the beach based on the buildings we have to pass to get to our home. We spent the week hanging out and setting up our home.
