We had a great time with Papa this past week. After a heck of a flight down (spent the night in ATL), he finally arrived on Saturday morning. We spent the afternoon downtown - Tin Cow for lunch and the Pensacola Children's Museum. It was a great start to his visit.
Sunday, we went to church on the beach and then spent time at the park before the storms hit.
Liam and Papa = Two Peas in a Pod! They spent the entire day together on Tuesday while Mama went to work. They finished up a couple things on Mama's Papa Do List, including building Peanut 2.0's crib. I'm not sure who had more fun.
Wednesday, Mama and Liam took the day off. We started the day right with a trip to Waffle House!
Then we visited the Alabama Gulf Shores Zoo. It was smaller than our Gulf Breeze Zoo, but had some great animals! Liam, of course, loved petting and feeding all the animals that he possibly could.
We had a blast with Papa and can't wait for he and Nana to come back at the end of April. Hopefully, Peanut 2.0 will have joined in the party by then.
Liam said he's happy to give up his big boy bed and camp out in his brother's room for his Papa (and all of our upcoming house guests) any time!
