As Liam gets older, he's becoming super independent and wants to so things on his own. So we have started to give him 2-3 step instructions - he follows them, with some artist appeal some times. Example:
Liam is super excited to hear about our trip to the park. He is asked to go to his room and get ready to leave the house. 
He comes down the hall from his room with socks and shoes on, but when asked "where are your pants" this is the reaction we get...as if they are there and he's showing us. 
Again, we ask Liam to go get ready for the park. 
He comes out prepared to see a ball game at the park or perhaps play catch himself. 
However, again we ask "where are your pants." Have a toddler is the very best entertainment!
